Individual Counselling

I can provide treatment to help a wide range of conditions including: depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, as well as helping you deal with stress, improve self-esteem, guidance with vocational and career issues.

Sessions are held in person at Hope Street, Blaxland NSW.

Medicare rebates are available for clients with a mental health care plan from their GP.

Telehealth Consultation

We are now able to provide therapy via secure video link. All you need is a computer/laptop with a camera and microphone, or a smartphone or tablet device, and you can access your therapy session from wherever is convenient for you.

Medicare rebates are available for Telehealth sessions under the COVID19 arrangements. The current rebate is $77.80

To access Medicare rebates for our services you will need a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP.
